Groove Junkies’ venerable front man Evan Landes and LA’s Prince of the underground Scott K. (We Own The Night, Box Music LA) team up for a peak-time scorcher that delivers on all levels. “AfrikAcid,” the fellas debut offering on Nulu Electronic, was first introduced late last year on our Nulu Movement ADE sampler. It quickly became a secret weapon for global tastemakers in the know, including the Godfather of Acid House – DJ Pierre. As the title would imply, “AfrikAcid” incorporates elements of Afro & Acid House, but also shades of Tech, Deep and Soulful House as well. Since it’s inclusion on the sampler the ‘Original Mix’ has been re-mastered and Evan & Scott have added the stunning ‘Blissed Out Mix’ to round out the package. We’re thrilled to welcome them to the Nulu family!
